ORDER
Yes, there is a minimum order of $100 (excluding delivery charges) for customers opting for delivery. However, no minimum order is required if you choose the self-collection option.
We accept payments via all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (AMEX), ensuring a seamless and secure checkout experience.
You can place your grilled satay order up to 45 days in advance, allowing you ample time to plan for your event or gathering.
For Raw/ Frozen Food : Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.
Please note that Raw/ Frozen Food Deliveries are unavailable on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Absolutely! We're pleased to offer our customers the flexibility to order both BBQ Satay and Raw Satay in a single transaction. This option allows you to enjoy the convenience of preparing your own satay at home while also indulging in our expertly grilled offerings.

Important Delivery Information
Please be aware of the following delivery policy:
- Combined deliveries of Raw and Cooked items are available on most days
- Exception: This service is not offered on Sundays and Public Holidays

DELIVERY
Yes, a delivery fee applies:
For Raw Satay: A flat rate of $10.90 (inclusive of GST).
For Cooked/Grilled Food: Delivery fees range from $10.90 to $16.35 (inclusive of GST), depending on your location.
We provide islandwide delivery to ensure convenience for all our customers.
We offer islandwide delivery, including Sentosa Island and Chalets. If you require delivery to these locations, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. Additional fees may apply for such deliveries.
Cooked Food Delivery Hours : 10AM to 9PM.
Raw/ Frozen Food Delivery Hours : 10AM to 5PM.
Raw/ Frozen Food are not available for deliveries on
Sundays and Public Holidays.
For same-day delivery, we require a preparation and arrangement lead time of 2 to 3 hours, depending on the size of your order. Please factor this into your planning to ensure timely delivery.
We strive to ensure all orders are delivered on time. However, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays, adverse weather conditions, or other unexpected events may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will do our best to notify you in advance.
If your satay order is for a time-sensitive event, we recommend scheduling your delivery at least 30 minutes earlier to account for any potential delays. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
We will only leave your order unattended if we receive explicit confirmation from you. If you choose this option, please ensure that the items, especially Raw Satays, are not left outside for an extended period to maintain their quality and safety.
Kindly note that we are not liable for any items that may go missing or spoil due to being left unattended for too long. We recommend arranging for someone to receive the order upon delivery to avoid such issues.
Our delivery hours may vary as we have separate teams managing raw and cooked satay orders. To provide you with a more convenient experience, we typically offer a smaller delivery window of 2 hours, so you won’t need to wait all day for your items.

We are proud to confirm that all Opah Satay products are indeed Halal-certified. Our commitment to providing authentic, high-quality Halal satay is at the core of our business values.
Our Halal Credentials
Opah Satay maintains the highest standards of Halal compliance:
MUIS Halal Certification: All our satays are produced in our MUIS (Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura) Halal-certified plant12.
Dedicated Production Facility: Our manufacturing takes place in our purpose-built factory located in the Enterprise One Building2.
Muslim Ownership: Opah Satay is managed by SBY Frozen Food Supply Pte Ltd, a 100% Muslim-owned company2.
These credentials ensure that our customers can enjoy our satay products with complete peace of mind regarding their Halal status.
In accordance with guidelines from the National Environment Agency (NEA) of Singapore, we advise consuming the satays within 3 hours of receiving your order.
Tips: Proper Storage (If Necessary), If you cannot consume the satays within 3 hours, proper refrigeration can help extend their usability, but quality may be affected. Always reheat thoroughly before consumption.
We strongly advise against leaving raw satays unrefrigerated. Proper storage is crucial for maintaining food safety and preserving the quality of our products.
Defrosting: When ready to cook, thaw in the refrigerator or use the defrost setting on your microwave.
For Raw Satays:
- Check for a separate pouch containing the peanut gravy.
- This should be included alongside your raw satay order.
For Satay Goreng:
- Carefully inspect all contents of your order.
- You should find two distinct packets:
- One containing the Satay Goreng
- Another containing the peanut gravy

Yes, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
Cancellation Fee
Please note that a cancellation fee of 5% of your total order amount will be applied. This fee helps cover costs associated with processing orders that are subsequently cancelled.
If you change your order to a smaller amount, we will refund the difference in cash.
If you cancel the order, we charge a 5% cancellation fee. We will refund back your money minus the cancellation fee to your debit/credit card. Do note that it could take up to 14 working days for the refund process.
EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION
You will automatically be signed-up for our mailing list when you make a purchase with us. Alternatively, sign-up for Friends of Opah if you haven’t confirmed if you want to purchase our satays at the moment.
