  • Is there any minimum order?
    There is a minimum order of $40 (before delivery charge) if you choose the delivery option. There is no minimum order if you decide to self-collect.
  • How do I pay for the order?
    We accept payments from all major debit/credit cards including Visa, Mastercard & AMEX.
  • How far in advance do I have to order?
    The grilled satay order can be booked 45 days in advance.
  • When is the latest time to order?
    For BBQ Satay, our cut-off time is 4:30pm for same-day delivery subject to availability. For Raw Satay, you need to order 2 Day in advance. No deliveries on Sunday & Public Holidays.
  • Can I order BBQ Satay and Raw Satay together?
    Yes, you can. Please contact our WhatsApp Order Hotline The minimum total order will be counted together if you opt for delivery and it will include $10.70 delivery charge.
  • Do you charge for delivery?
    Yes, we do charge a flat rate of $10.70 (inclusive of GST) for all deliveries except for promotional items where applicable.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver islandwide with the exception of Sentosa Island and restricted areas. Do check with our Customer Service Officers if you require us to deliver to such places and if there’ll be any additional fees to do so.
  • What are your delivery hours?
    Our delivery hours are generally from 11am to 6pm, All Days except for Sunday & Public Holidays. Please contact our WhatsApp Hotline +65 9833 5265 if you require the delivery outside of the delivery hours to check if we could accommodate you.
  • Can you deliver on Sunday and Public Holidays?
    There are no deliveries on Sunday and Public Holidays at the moment. Availability for these days is up to company management's discretion and will be announced.
  • I’m hungry. How fast can you send the satay if I order now?
    We require a lead time of 2 to 3 hours (depending on size of order) to prepare and arrange for the order delivery. Please consider this if you order for Same-Day delivery.
  • My order is late. How long do I have to wait?
    We try our best to make sure your orders come on time. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic accidents, unfavourable weather, your orders may be delayed. We will try to inform you earlier if this happens. If the Satays are for an important time-sensitive event, do consider selecting an earlier timing of at least 30 minutes.
  • My delivery has arrived on time but I’m not there. Can you just leave it there?
    We will only leave your order without any supervision if we have explicit confirmation from you. Please make sure that the items are not left outside for too long (especially for Raw Satays). We are not liable for any items that went missing, spoiled (if left too long) in these circumstances.
  • Why can’t I get an exact timing for raw satay delivery? Do I have to wait all day for it?
    Because we have different teams handling the raw and cooked satays. Do check with our CSOs through the WhatsApp Hotline +65 9833 5265, we can usually give a smaller delivery window of 2 hours so you need not wait all day for the items.
  • Can I self-collect?
    Absolutely. We are more than happy to accept self-collect orders. Order at least 1 hour before coming down to our office at Enterprise One Building #03-16 so that we can prepare the items. Self-collect hours are from 10am to 5pm, All Days (except for Sundays and Public Holidays)
  • Are your Satays halal?
    All our satays are made in our MUIS halal-certified plant/factory in Enterprise One Building. Opah Satay is managed by SBY Frozen Food Supply Pte Ltd which is also a 100% muslim-owned company.
  • How long can I keep the BBQ Satays?
    Please follow NEA guidelines and consume the satays within 3 hours of receiving the order.
  • Can I leave the raw Satays outside?
    Please do not leave raw meat outside until spoil unless you are plan on defrosting to cook.
  • I ordered the Raw Satays / Satay Goreng but there seemed to be no peanut gravy. What to do?
    For Raw Satays, there should be a separate pouch of peanut gravy. For Satay Goreng, please double check the packets inside. There should be two packets, one for the Satay Goreng and one for the gravy. If they are confirmed missing, please contact our CSOs through the WhatsApp Hotline +65 9833 5265 to arrange for the peanut gravy to be sent to you.
  • There seemed to be something wrong with my Satay. What do I do?
    Do inform us through the WhatsApp Hotline +65 9833 5265 with a picture (if possible) of what went wrong.
  • Can I change my delivery date and time?
    Yes, you can check with our CSOs through the WhatsApp Hotline +65 9833 5265 if your new delivery timing is available.
  • I want to change my order. Is it possible?
    Yes, its possible. Do check with our CSOs through the WhatsApp Hotline +65 9833 5265 about it.
  • I’ve changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
    We will be heartbroken ☹ but yes, you can cancel your order if you absolutely must. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of your order amount. Speak to our CSOs through the WhatsApp Hotline +65 9833 5265.
  • Will I get a refund if I change or cancel my order?
    If you change your order to a smaller amount, we will refund the difference in cash. If you cancel the order, we charge a 10% cancellation fee. We will refund back your money minus the cancellation fee to your debit/credit card. Do note that it could take up to 14 working days for the refund process.
  • How do I sign-up for your mailing list?
    You will automatically be signed-up for our mailing list when you make a purchase with us. Alternatively, sign-up for Friends of Opah if you haven’t confirmed if you want to purchase our satays at the moment.
  • How do I unsubscribe to your mailing list?
    If you’ve received our email campaign, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. If not, do contact us through our email and request to be omitted from our mailing list.
  • I’ve never bought anything from Opah Satay nor do I remember subscribing to your mailing list. Why do I still get emails from you?
    If you have considered buying from Opah Satay before, you may have left your email in our website. If you wish to remove your particulars from our website, do contact us through our email and request to do so.
  • Are there any payment or membership fee to being a Friend of Opah?
    No, it is absolutely FREE. We do not charge anything to be Friends of Opah.
  • I’m already a customer of Opah Satay. Why should I sign-up for Friends of Opah?
    We have exclusive perks and promotions only for Friends of Opah.
  • I'm tired of receiving mails. Can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
    Oh dear, we're sorry to hear that. Do take note that a key condition of being of Friends of Opah is subscribing to our mailing list. You will no longer get to enjoy the perks of Friends of Opah if you unsubscribe.
  • I’m already a Friend of Opah. Why are you asking for my Date of Birth?
    Because we love our Friends Of Opah, we decided to give you all a Birthday gift every year.
  • The main perk of Friends Of Opah is the Free Satay for my birthday and no purchase required. Is this for real?
    Yes! That’s how much we love our Friends Of Opah. 😊
  • I see that I can get 10% discount on my next purchase if I refer someone into joining Friends of Opah. How do you know if they’re referred by me? When do I get the discount?
    When your family and friends sign-up for Friends of Opah, make sure they enter your phone number as the referral number. You can also update your phone number with us to make sure they tally. As soon as we’ve verified the application, we will send you an email or WhatsApp text with the 10% discount coupon code that can be used once in our website.
  • If I refer more than 1 person to join Friends of Opah, do I get more discounts?"
    Yes, you'll get a 10% discount coupon for each referral. Unfortunately, you cannot use multiple coupons for just one purchase
